What is hypnosis?
Through hypnosis you enter a deep, relaxed state with heightened suggestibility. Your body is relaxed, your mind is awake and aware, and you are more open to accepting new thoughts and feelings. You use the power of your mind to permanently replace negative associations in your subconscious with positive ones. These new associations continually influence your conscious mind to incorporate the changes you seek.
Does it work?
"Hypnosis is the most effective way of giving up smoking, according to the largest ever scientific comparison of ways of breaking the habit. Willpower, it turns out, counts for very little."To find the most effective way to give up smoking, Frank Schmidt and research student Chockalingam Viswesvaran of the University of Iowa carried out a meta-analysis, statistically, combining the results of more than 600 studies covering almost 72 000 people from America, Scandinavia and elsewhere in Europe..."
Is it approved by the medical community?
Yes. In 1958 the AMA approved the use of hypnosis.
What if I don't come out of hypnosis?
You are not in a trance to begin with. Hypnosis is simply a relaxation method. It is a state similar to that experienced just before sleep at night or just before awakening in the morning, where you hear and know what is going on but just don't want to move. It’s especially a pleasant experience with Inessa’s numerous healing techniques.
Is being hypnotized a sign of a weak mind?
No. The opposite is true. The more intelligent and imaginative a person is, the better it is. With hypnosis you'll gain even more control of your body and mind. The majority of people who don't allow themselves to enter a hypnotic state are those who have the mistaken notion that hypnosis will hurt them.
Can anyone be hypnotized?
Most people don't think they can be hypnotized, but once they try it is very easy. About 95% of people can. Anyone with a mental age over 6, willing to be hypnotized and wanting the results will be an easy subject.
